In my opinion, the presenter talks extremely fast, so much so, I had to keep pausing and rewinding throughout, just so I could read the written information. Other then that, the information is just what I was looking for. Thanks. :)
The presenter needs to learn how to properly pronounce basic/common English words. (i.e. Characteristics.) She needs to present the info slow enough for people to grasp what she is saying. Other than that, the info is helpful.
Slow down and take a breath. it is nearly impossible to follow what you are saying. Did you forget you were delivering a training video?. what a waste of time.
