The wedding dress of Kate Middleton was exquisite and also the wedding dress of Queen Elizabeth II.
Can you believe it. She saved her rashan coupons for her dress. So she didn't get it from the money bank. And her cake 🎂 was a donation. Her husband came from royalty but poor royalty. His mother pulled out her wedding tiara. And took it to the jewelry shop. And had them pull out 3 diamonds 💎. And had them make it into a ring 💍 😏. So he can ask her to marry him. He did alright for himself. Not many men get to be married to a queen. The people didn't really like him. Because he has German royalty in him. But I guess in time they like him. Anyways he was bored of the palace life. And he go back doing what he did before getting married to her. He loved the night life and he liked gambling, and womanizing.
But she was truly a queen of England. All the way to the end.

I don't think Dia as was either. I just think it WAS to much ruffle, train, it look like they were trying to put as much fabric in it as possible. The thing that WAS so beautiful about Diana's was her tiara it really showed more brilliance than any of the tiara s I've seen, they're all beautiful but l liked the way it looked.
I thought then and still do ... diana was a very horrible dress.... must have read too many Barbara cartland romance novels growing up

As I recall, Diana herself said, some years later, "what WERE we all thinking?" Granted, this was the 1980s, but in looking back, I'd say of her dress that there are ballgowns and then there are ballgowns on steroids.

Because these are royal wedding gowns, I’m assuming that money doesn’t have to be taken into account. So all these dresses are exactly what the woman wanted. Although all of them are lovely, there’s none with the real breath holding amazement, none that really WOW! I should have said in my opinion That surprised me

All the dresses are beautiful for their time, their country, and their culture. But, I have to disagree, I don't think that Diana's was the most beautiful....showed no style or elegance and was so badly crumpled she looked as though she had slept in it (even the Designers agreed that the heavy silk fabric was a bad choice)

You're right, that was a lot of dress and if she hadn't been as tall as she way, the dress would have been wearing her. I understand she actually did not like the dress. Oddly enough, the pictures which were less staged were actually nicer. She was a beauty.
They used taffeta, silk both of them are extremely delicate and very uncomfortable to wear. She looked like she got into a fight and crumpled her dress badly. She tried to get it out but it was late to late. Poor lady Diana.

Princess Diana’s dress still stole the show, she really looked like what she was a true and beautiful young girl. Her dress was the most amazing I’ve ever seen and she looked radiant and beautiful, god took her home to be surrounded with angels, Diana was an angel. How could Charlie want that old Camilla he has now been able to call Queen Concert or what ever way you spell it. I’ve left my care about the Royals since we lost Diana ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😪
The dress was absolutely awful. Yes, she looked like the young girl she was- but an angel she was not. Nor was Camilla- but she looked fabulous on her wedding day- both a the register office and later at the church blessing.

I felt sorry for Diana,her dress was way to big for her,it made her look way older than she was and it was a crumpled mess. Poor girl. Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice had beautiful dresses though.

It was not a good choice but Diana was the deciding factor, she had a great input into the design. She made many mistakes in the early days, far too fussy styles. When she found her way she really was outstanding in the fashion department.

I was never a fan of Princess Diana’s wedding dress. It was so voluminous that it enveloped her and took away from her beauty. It was like a head was sitting on a cloud of silk.

And yes, it was the eighties but that dress was way over the top with gigantic sleeves and huge ruffles everywhere. Too much of everything! To be crystal clear, I’m criticising the dress and not the woman wearing it.

Did you miss out Princess Anne. I thought her dress was beautiful. Diana's dress instead of enhancing her beauty, took her over. Although beautiful, it was not right for her.
They did leave out Princess Anne, and her's was one of my favorites. That was rude.

No. It was a gown the Queen wore for another occasion and had sleeves added to it for the wedding.
I always loved Princess Anne's and Princess Margaret's for their elegant simplicity. Lady Diane's was awfull it swamped her , hid her in crushed silk she was totally overpowered by it such a shame. MM 's wasn't as bad as people say.
When you added Meghan I figured you were just adding everyone. Her dress didn't even fit.
Princess Grace's gown was far and away the most beautiful. Tied were Princess Margaret and Queen Mary of Denmark. Honorable mention to Lady Sarah Chatto and Catherine, Princess of Wales. The absolute worst was Lady Diana's! These are my personal opinions.

Diana's dress was way to large for her and extremely childlike. It was someone's idea of "fairy tale princess..." the design failed.
m's dress was an ill fitting sack. The design was appropriate for a mature bride, but it was one giant ill fitting wrinkle as are all of her clothes. Her garments all look as though they are someone else's borrowed at the last minute and it hadn't been pressed.

I never cared for Diana’s dress. Too poofy, too ruffly, and so much fabric it was all wrinkled when she got out of the carriage. Eugenie & Beatrice were lovely, and Catherine was perfection. And Camilla was tasteful.

For the most part they are all so plain.
There were some really beautiful dresses worn by some really beautiful brides. I haven’t got a favourite, there are quite a few. For me though, Diana looked the scruffiest, her hair was all over the place and her dress looked like it had come out of the rag bag, so creased and quite childish in design.
Markle looked thr scuffiest.
