Throughout the years here at Healing Vibrations, we've received hundreds of comments about how our sound baths have allowed our listeners to release their emotions in profound ways, whether through laughter, through tears, through tension dissipation and other forms of release as well. Tbh, I usually end up in tears when I listen to thede! I have ptsd and use them to help me process my past. 🙃
This message is for anyone who was taught to fear their emotions, think of it this way.. if there is so much energy that can be stored in emotions especially tears, what happens when you feel the freedom to release them? You step into your power that is what happens. You become your own Sun & Means of nourishment.. everything that you do fuels you instead of exhausts you.
If no one else has offered you the opportunity, Eye Give you permission to “Water your Plant” cry whenever you feel like crying & not judge yourself for it.. observe yourself & check in within yourself but never judge or restrict yourself.. You are truly Beautiful & Amazing!

I've been crying for two days now and more. Nothing, I repeat nothing has stopped me crying. Not meditation, simply sitting with my feelings, but this... this has stopped me crying.... thank you! I understand the purpose might be for release, but I could not stop crying, it has been uncontrollable, I had no space to even consider anything. The soothing is needed.

I've been looking for a video like this for ages. Thank you for being one of the first to make healing music designed to help release emotions through tears. I feel my sacral chakra is on fire instead of the flowing water energy it should have, I've suffered from a yeast infection for over a year now. I can feel my ovaries purging whatever emotional/physical gunk is hurting me. I'll be falling asleep to this every night 💙
Use 1/3 apple cider vinegar .1/3 coconut oil & 1/3 of water . But actually use 2/3 water ratio to vinegar cause it could sting if u use a lot of vinegar but it’s not a bad thing if it stings that means there’s bacteria that’s being cleaned out. I struggled with infections as well & found that works better for me then going to a doctor for pills. Mix those ingredients up & use a turkey Baster to insert , leave it in there for 30-60 seconds or longer if u want to but don’t have to. Trust me it will cure you every time , u will never need a doctor for yeast infection again
It should clear your infection immediately!!!! Some times though you may need to do it twice or even 3 times if it’s super bad infection, but I don’t recommend doing it more then 2/3 times in a day since it can dry you out . If that doesn’t clear it try to do it 1-2 times a day for like 2-3 days

My earth angel furbaby of 13 years, Rue had to be put to eternal sleep on 5/30/24. Wrapping my mind around the fact that she will no longer be with me in the physical forever has been extremely difficult for me. Praying this helps me. 😢🙏🏼❤
This was deeply transformative. Thank you 🙏🏼 For me, it was a different type of “crying”. I wasn’t thinking about anything at all. My eyes were closed and in meditation I simply released the water from my eyes. I didn’t even realize tears were rolling down my face for quite some time. Again, thank you. I feel so at peace 😌

So perfect, my dog friend graduated life on Monday then after I went for a ride, got gas, there I ended up hearing a horrible blood curdling muffled scream not knowing where it came from I fixated on a truck there feeling bad vibes as well as feeling like I shouldn’t get caught looking at the guy...then went home I walked in home to find out that truck and guy on news I then realized I saw a wanted red alert murderer who kidnapped his x. Ispent day conversing w officers.
It triggered a lot in me, as a survivor myself, and really got in the way of my mourning process.
All is ok now.. guy got caught, she’s battered and bruised but safe. I’ve just been crying over my dog friend now

Sometimes, I need to cry. I have no idea why. Sometimes, I sing until I sort it out. I used to draw but ever since I was released from my long going anxieties I can't focus to draw...leaving me to believe I have a talent that was geared for emotional survival but I'm no longer captive that way and i don't know how to drive the rewired car lol I don't believe in bottling up feelings. Guys I’m pregnant in my second trimester and I can’t stop crying my past few days have been nothing but bad and then I caught a cold on top of it all I’ve never broken down so bad before…
I thought this was to stop the tears, I didn’t know it was to let the tears out. I’ve been crying the whole evening till my eyes are sore and swollen and then I chanced upon this, thinking it was to help with the tears 😂
