Might check out One Pace. The early episodes of the anime typically cover 2 manga chapters. The later episodes only cover 1. Becomes a drag and remove a lot of energy from the plot. One Pace is a fan project that tightens the timing back up. Also skips some filler, for better or worse. I like some of the filler (G8) more than cannon (Davy back).
I cant listen to the first op without crying. It brought me so much joy watching that opening i never skipped it. It makes me so emotional hearing it now. I love one piece so much.

Edit: So as it turns out I have this friend who isn’t very into anime, I know, horrible right? But she’s a childhood friend so I’m trying to slowly turn her to the dark side and apparently I must be doing something right cause she agreed to give One Piece a chance and we reached episode 26 in one night. So now I really am rewatching everything.
Edit 2: As of this week we have officially reached the Wano arc. My friend, who was only mildly interested in the beginning, is now a true One Piece fan, I’m so proud🥺

Might check out One Pace. The early episodes of the anime typically cover 2 manga chapters. The later episodes only cover 1. Becomes a drag and remove a lot of energy from the plot. One Pace is a fan project that tightens the timing back up. Also skips some filler, for better or worse. I like some of the filler (G8) more than cannon (Davy back).
