The only way to make it better would be to have the random change happen while you are flying through the air at the crossover.

Rockstar will add cars that have machine guns,
cars that have rockets,
cars that can float,
cars that can dive,
cars that can jump,
cars that can fly,
cars that can do all that stuff at the same time......
Yet they dont add simple things like a go-kart

Particularly when they had a Go Cart in GTA SA
These ridiculous features kind of justify their equally ridiculous price tags; however, it would take a lot of audacity to price a go kart at 2 or 3 million! In other words, if it won't lead to increased shark card sales, Rockstar won't add it to the game...
Sad, but true. They could literally just grab the GTA SA model and bump up the polygons, add a few details, and put it in but they won't because Shark Cards.
I wish they would add an F1 Car, and make it RIDICULOUSLY faster than other cars, and prize it at 6m's, because that's how much a irl formula one car costs to make

For some reason this one is the most entertaining race you do. It’s not as good with the windmills though. It’s good just the way it is in this video. But I’d get rid of the extremely slow vehicles. Anything slower than the golf cart should go

If anyone is wondering, MCCCXXII is 1322
I don't think it's the perfect randomall track. While the jumps are great, the problem is that the corners are too basic, I love the randomall races on the hills because the elevation changes and corners ask specific things from different sort of cars, and having to adapt to every single car you get is part of the fun. Here all you do is turn 90 degree corners with perfectly flat ground, it's not as diverse and the differently handling cars don't really shine.
I agree with this, the track doesn't bring out the cars character well since its so simple and forgiving. The drift cars for example aren't even that bad here because they have decently high power for the straights.
