How do people get anything done with the Huntsman? I've gotten a few strange shots here and there, on scouts running into my personal space but most of the time I can only get bodyshots

The relatively forgiving nature of the arrows comes from their hitbox being longer, so it has a bit more time to intersect with the player hitbox on its path.

It is way worse to play with cheaters than getting kicked, so I'm happy that people are "trigger happy", because even if I get kicked every now and then the cheaters are also kicked fast. It's worth it. I'll go even further and say that kicking a good sniper makes the game more fun for the remaining 23 people, so it should be done. I'm not against huntsman but a regular sniper on certain maps can ruin games just the same as a cheater or a bot if they are good enough.
@@Hedning1390 yeah, a really good sniper can suck the fun out of the game unless some other sniper is either better or just very creative in the effort to kill the better sniper. Sometimes I’ll play sniper spy so I can successfully one shot the guy without him turning around to see me and putting myself in the danger zone. Another one that really pisses them off is a full charged body shot. It’s the single most effective way to counter snipe and it’s so fun to watch them call you “unskilled” when really you’re just smarter for not trying to duel a better sniper.

You see the thing with the huntsman is that the less people look at the arrow the stronger the homing gets. That's why sometimes the huntsman arrow flys past your head and still kills you

Ok, so let me explain how Huntsman works. You send the arrow, using the bow and the arrow instantly creates 2 portals. 1: to the place it is currently going (even mid-air) 2:to the enemy's head.
I remember playing saxon hale in a community server once and there was this boss with a bow for a weapon, and I was just shooting randomly and somehow getting kills, I got like 25 people out of 31 and 20 of those kills were accidental, the rest were actual reads or melee kills, but yeah, it’s hilarious how you can get blindly kills with the bow
That reminds me though. I remembered running into a medic bot on 2fort. It acts like those training bots. It doesn't use weapons It does use the medi gun. Kinda helpful but people will still kick it
i find it funny that when Vorobey said "Yeah Trolldier, now we can talk. I can do the same damage as you." the dude comes around the corner, and my vid lags and freezes cuz an ad. Talk about timing! (4:16 btw)

i was on a casual server when Halloween was nearing, it was on cp_gorge event and there was a cocky player in the chat and he says "Blu Team Sucks". And I type in the chat, "Don't underestimate us." And boy lemme tell you he ate his own words. Because NO ONE and not even a sentry or a sniper was defending the last control point. Me (A Scout), a soldier , a medic and a spy captured the last point successfully. And the trash talker left after his team lost.
Nice video, everytime i play huntsman i've got so much bad luck with it, can't get a kill before refilling the ammo 2 or 3 times, lol, yes that medic was probably a bot or a lazy one, can relate myself, but instead of using the quick fix, he should be using the vaccinator to help the sniper and keep trolling.
I stopped playing in 2014. I picked it back up again last year. I don't know why I have a Specialized Killstreak Huntsman, but it's there, in my inventory.
I really do not know how he finds playable matches, I was inspired by his videos to try matchmaking again, first game I try is full of bots, I disconnect only to not be able to use matchmaking again and even not able to connect to steam again, I had to delete all my steam folder other than the EXE and steamapps just to get it to work again lol

For me, Huntsman hitboxes are less forgiving than Sniper Rifle hitboxes.

Tiers change the color of the wings (and other small details) and also changes the grey metal outline to a black one (which is also thicker)

There are medic bots. While most of them pocket sniper or heavy bots, I've seen a new uprising of medic bots heal other players and ignore bots.
The cleaner's carbine is pretty good with the huntsman because mini-crits go brr
