This week we each had to choose 1 single item from 5 different brands with extensive product options we’d never tried before to then eat and determine which twin made the better tasting choice.
From gourmet, innovative takes on traditional shortbread to playful pints of ice cream, this friendly eating competition was not only a challenge in our decision making abilities but a wild taste test journey we will never forget.

Q: How do you not gain weight?
A: Endurance sports (primarily running, cycling and some resistance training) and extreme discipline & sacrifice with our daily diets is how we manage not to gain weight. We eat mostly vegetables, fruits, some whole grains and low fat dairy on the days outside these videos. The calories consumed in a food challenge or mukbang are the only calories consumed that day and sometimes the day following as well seeing our appetites are typically shot from so much food and the thought of eating is very off-putting. Two days out we are back to large amounts of vegetables and increase to maintenance from there. We also often eat most of our days calories in a smaller eating window (we frequently bounce between intermittent fasting & OMAD diet as it just seems to work with our lifestyles and eating preferences). Anyone with a larger than normal stomach capacity like us, the drive to push through the discomfort of a challenge like this, and a basic understanding of energy balance (calories in vs calories out) can do it with enough disciple and intention (not that we recommend it).
Also worth mentioning is that we do not exercise to burn the calories consumed in a video but rather we are able to consume higher calorie diets due to our participation in endurance activities and said discipline with our daily diets.
Q: Can you make a “What I eat in a day” / fitness focused video?
A: While we’re sure that type of video will eventually make its way out there, this is not a health and fitness channel and we intend to primarily focus on indulgent food entertainment. We’re still in the very early stages of establishing ourselves within this genre and we’re constantly experimenting and trying to improve upon our style to make our channel a unique experience. Food is our passion while fitness is our discipline so, while we currently only have the availability to produce one quality piece of content a week, fun food-centered videos is where we’ll be focusing our attention (and trust us, it’s more fun for all of us this way). That’s not to say it will never happen, but it’s not a top priority for us.
I would not complain if the next video is a shortbread version of last week's fudge video ,it's so fun seeing you two having a great time

Agreed! I'm so over watching people gorge and torture themselves with binging on food. I much rather people enjoy themselves, be passionate about the food, and compare/learn like these ones.
@@kaylayontef5850 it's so 2010 haha. I was one of them (10k, 15k and 20k) and tried to make creative foods and dessers, but the creators are all the same now. When you see a 10k it automatically means = donuts, burgers, pizza and maybe an ice cream. They just eat with no expression and thoughts about the food. I don't even have to click on the video to see what they'll have or do/ say

My goodness, those shortbreads look amazeballs! You just HAVE to do a dedicated video on all their different shortbreads in the future. Why are chocolate bars called candy bars over the pond? There's no sweets (candy?) inside them 🤔 over here in the UK you can get chocolate bars with sweets in so I was thinking they would be the same 🤭 everything looked yummy tho, great vid as per.

Here in the USA, that refers to chocolate, gummies, lolli’s, and so on. Where you’re from, clearly they’re just categorized differently. Just cultural differences I guess 🤷♂️

You understand that’s essentially asking us to kill ourselves for few views and little money, have to starve ourselves and feel like total garbage most days of the week all while trying to live a normal life considering we’re not career content creators, right?

Like we said in this video, food challenges will come around from time to time, but considering we have lives to live we’re not willing to ruin them for a few views every single week anymore as if it were our jobs.
Sorry if that disappoints you for whatever reason or another but we’re still eating thoousands of calories in every video and if that’s not enough for you that’s very concerning lol
For clarity, that reply is not intended to be rude or anything, but rather to help you understand the fact that when we were doing those kinds of MASSIVE videos was during a global pandemic where we were home all the time and had time for excessive amounts of exercise and everything. These days with the world back to normal, this channel is being run with far more responsibilities on our plate and we can’t afford to be functioning in the real world the way we would if that was a routine practice of ours again. Especially not without all the extra time to dedicate to recovering from those mega binges like the professionals on here like we had during the pandemic 🙏
