I worked in a corporate setting for almost 11 years and decided to leave to attend barber college.
I just passed my practical exam last Monday at age 32 and it’s the best feeling ever.
Always chase your dreams no matter how long it takes!

My cosmetology school definitely did NOT look like that 🤣. That’s awesome that they’re taking it seriously and keeping things current.
I didn’t catch his name but the barber with the white vest is definitely going to succeed, right attitude and personality (and by the looks of it the skills). It’s important for the new barbers to see this kind of behind the scenes and what potential there is out there, and for those of us who have been doing this for a long time, it’s refreshing to see the new guys taking it seriously. Im attending Paul Mitchell School Jessup. Its huge has like 45-50 chairs in it for salon side and about 30 chairs on barber side. Super slick they give us a box with everything ull need from blow dryer straightner clipps clipper trimmer shaver sheers… the whole 9. I cant wait man i wish so bad i would be able to work in ur shops!! Ill be done Feb 24th 2025
