ive seen them 81 times and this might have been the hardest ive danced, Sooo funky! the whole place was groovin and on wondering bay area liquid. fun times!
Ah 2010 When they couldn't do it for themselves, and I seriously questioned if phish could do "it" anymore, the music brought them back to it, and by October, all was good again Never Forget
Holy shid, Copperpot! If this is the last thing you ever contribute to humanity, you'll die a hero and will be talked about well after the machines take over. An infinite amount of thanks for all the work you put into this. Damn! Greatest Cities of all time!
GREAT filming and editing!! I love this kind of capture, its not amateur but its not "professionally" done like these days. Love the crowd filmed.. what a great jam. 2009-12 are my favorite years to listen to
@@coreylanger7515 Agreed, this is a great jam. Technically, this is type II. The transition occurs when they drop the chorus progression (v, iv, I in bmin) jam and stick to a groove the only uses i. It is subtle, and barely type II, but I think this is type II. Also, the metric accents and Page's switch to clavichord and Rhodes are telling. This transition begins at 6:48, turns type II at 7:15 (when they stick to only bminor chord) and gets progressively more malleable from there. It is a subtle type II, but its there for sure, in my opinion.

ha wow - thanks! Jon Weber (@tweezburger) asked me to do this one....gave it a go.....appreciate the comment.
The machines are taking over? :(
Ahhh.. thanks to this, I now know that the reason the crowd pops during the jam appears to be thanks to Kuroda going nuts. Always wondered why.
