Absolutely spot on! Ruddy should have been captain. Love sanderson but walking around aimlessly the entire first half, not directing the team and looking at Ruddy for advice. Not good enough for a captain. This 'play safe' back passing has got to stop and just go for it!

The team needs a couple of decent centre backs and a couple of powerful forwards and it will look a different prospect. At the moment there's not enough physicality in the team. The squad is unbalanced and that has caused a lack of confidence.

Good point, but we have no-one in the box who can win the ball in the air. Losing Jukey and Marc Roberts to injury, and selling off Kevin Long, has limited our aerial ability on offence. We no longer have big target men in the box for set pieces, and we lack the quality to score from open play. We have become one-dimensional, and opposition teams and coaches have caught on.
@GoldenStreetMusic I understand but get the ball in the box it's no good outside the box or passing sideways and backwards to just lose it and get countered. Just pump it in and let the ball bounce about. If its in the box it got a better chance. Make your own luck and stop looking for the perfect goal. Everyplace is guilty of either trying to pass it in when if you have a shot you never know

Centre back pairing is weak but have no other options other than to use Beilek with Sanderson. I’d go back to Sunjic and Beilek in the middle giving the centre backs some protection as per JE before he was sacked. Ruddy,s distribution is poor but not sure if Etheridge is up to it.

Says it all. Constantly says- stuff isn't falling our way. In a relegation battle you can't rely on things to fall into you. We need to be taking control and making things happen, this lot just want the easy bounces into them and luck to help them out. Rather than work hard and graft a win out.

I'm already prepared for League One next season. I know how pessimistic that is, but 4 points from the last 10 games is hardly convincing.
It’s very concerning we couldn’t beat Cardiff … it was a very poor performance. The players need to realise just how important it is that we stay up
I like laird but he was poor last night but so we're the rest of them.
He had a bad match up vs grant. Usually he can blitz the wing but you could see he had to stop a few times realising he can't outpace grant
