Go ahead and just pump Metaphor and SMT V Vengeance straight into my veins cuz these 2 RPG’s this year are my most hyped games of the year so far.
Anton blast reminds me of some of the handheld Wario games
I never heard Metaphor ReFantazio until just now, but I like what I saw from it👍🏿
Hopefully the tmnt game has replayability, super looking forward to it!
So many great big jrpg aren't on Nintendo. metaphor re fantazio, soul hacker 2, valkyrie elysium, vision of mana, tales of arse, ff 13,14,15,16, scarlet nexus, code vein, dd2 and many others. Sad how most big third-party devs no longer consider Nintendo relevant anymore.
And a lot of great JRPGs arent on PS5. Easy solution: get both for the full JRPG experience.
That's a bit of a loaded statement at the end there.
@@gerudoqueenriju oh yea? Like what? ps has all the big titles
@@TonyJenn ps is killing Nintendo no?
@@NBro-nw8rm Xenoblade Chronicles, Fire Emblem (the one and only strategy JRPG) or Monster Hunter Stories which is the best monster catching series of all time
I just saw the pre-order numbers for Eiyuuden Chronicles from one of Indonesia's biggest gaming stores and the Switch has a minimum 270+ copies sold pre-order, while the PS5 version has sold 65 pre-ordered copies. If things are the same in other Asian gaming markets that means that the Switch version of Eiyuuden Chronicles will probably be the best-selling one, which is kind of ironic considering that the Switch version was announced at the last minute as more of an afterthought. I'm sure that Eiyuuden Switch's version will have some performance issues, but it'll be kind of funny if it sells better there, similar to what happened with Bloodstained. I wonder if the recently announced One Piece Odyssey Deluxe version for the Switch can manage to sell better than what the PS4/5 version did in Japan
AAA must mean nothing because I consider SaGa a AAA series.
I mean compare the production value of SaGa to something like Tomb Raider, Horizon, Star Wars Outlaws, FF7 Rebirth or The Witcher. There's no way SaGa is in the remote stratosphere of financial resources or team behind them. Does not mean it's a worse or better game because of it but it is just not a AAA flagship title.
AAA means how can we waste an unnecessary amount of money with no guarantee of return, which hopes many will buy it because we just spent an unnecessary amount of money.
Saga looks nowhere near a AAA game in terms of graphics or scope, but it’s always been imo an underrated gem in the RPG landscape.
@@MassiveRican I don't know in its own way in regards to JRPG's I am pretty sure SaGa was very ambitious at times and was very innovative and a trailblazer. Westerners don't see as much of this as honestly only in the 32 bit and really recently has EnixSquare been willing to commit to bring SaGa over here more.
I thought metaphor was being made by sub studio of atlus as like kind of a test project for the new team being made of newbie devs?
excited
Hmm now I have to decide whether to get Metaphor on Switch or XBox
But Metaphor ReFantazio is not coming to the Switch, I mean, there's rumors suggesting that it'll arrive on the Switch 2 but nobody knows when Nintendo is going to release the system. If you want to play it now you should but the Xbox version
Nothing slop
"Nintendo Switch MAJOR RPG News"? I don't think these news are any major for the nintendo switch XD
😮 Let’s Go!
hi OJ
Great video OJ 🎉🎉😉😉👌
Well, nice to know SE hasn't given up on the Saga series when they easily could have. I'm itching for more deets on Metaphor Re Fantazio too. And I don't need to say how hyped I am for Eiyuden Chronicles: HH. An excellent first quarter for RPGs.
