Reconfiguring my wool shed for a big sewing project-summer sheep coats!

I am super lucky to have my wool shed as a dedicated working area for my wool business and crafty endeavors. Yes, these things spill over into my home but the wool shed is able to be changed around to fit my needs. I need to make all new coats for my ewes for summer weather. I found lighter weight fabric and want to see if I can make this work for their comfort and yet to grow pristine fleeces that will be sheared off late fall. The Coopworths are sheared every 8 months so we extend that time a little for weather and for sheep health and comfort.
