A „dialogue concert“ with organ, playing the original version“ could be amazing.
Love the arrangement for voices alone ... why is this gem seldom performed, it feels like a kernel that can grow into so many other pieces by Bach!
Most of the Orgelbüchlein Chorales are too short to be used for anything substantial and seem to be more useful as instructional pieces.
This hymn goes well with the following passages of Scripture: Luke 3:7-18, Isaiah 12:2-6, Zephaniah 3:14-18a, and Philippians 4:4-9.

just GREAT! Great piece and great performance! I used to play this as a teenager on the organ for church services some three and a half decades ago.
