I was brought up in church Pentecostal, then got older didn’t really want God, went into military wanted God, like a roller coaster. One year I started to read everything I could about meditation. I had never experienced a feeling of moving energy until I tried to calm my mind. Well I got side tracked again, stop seeking, but then got back into this (amazing how I was distracted by a woman for so many years, I pretty much gave up all spiritual stuff bc she wasn’t interested). Anyway, God took everything-friends family, and it was jus me. Flipped me upside down, to where finally I’m on his path and with truth rooted in me, I can finally have a relationship with God. So that’s a lil background on me, so My question really is when y’all meditate do you feel energy rising up your spine? Until it reaches the base of the spine and feels like an explosion near the back of your head? Or is that just crazy? Idk how to describe the feeling very relaxing, sometimes blissful calm, but what’s weird is we hear all this bad stuff about kundalini-but so far it’s seems like this is the only thing that can explain what’s happening in me. Usually get goose bumps, try to breathe slower and slower. Is this nuts?
