I think it can read your data, and can see your name, like Start Survey, where it knows your name and has photos of you. (And knows where you live), but that’s just a setting in Roblox, it’ll change if you change it in the Roblox setting.

You set up your state where you live, example: Wherever you live, idk.
Then the games can read where you live, or read your data from your computer, or other device, I think.
I’m not an expert in technology data.
Roblox automatically gives games your country/region to connect to nearby servers, I think. like for example, if you were in America, you probably wouldn't connect to a Japanese server. I don't think it's a setting in Roblox. (Sorry if this is inaccurate, I'm not a Technolgy expert) and also no offense! have a good day lol.
