Ja 15 lat temu wyjezdzalem bo nic już nie bylo na dłużej za małolata bylo fajnie rozrywki bylo co niemiara chciało się żyć nikt niemyslal o wyjezdzaniu taki był świetny klimat no i ludzie można było z nimi konie kraść taką więź była ale podnieśli to MIASTO MOJE ukochane otworzyli się ludzie artyści pokazali co potrafią to ambitni mieszkańcy ale jednocześnie zwykli luzie Pozdrawiam z Warszawy obecnie
I stayed in Krakow for 4 months in 1995. My husband was teaching at the Jagiellonian. Krakow was so so beautiful. The change had not been so long before and it was not yet very touristy. We visited Oswiecim 2 times. Once with a survivor. I will never forget as I became a witness by going there. I am sorry that the Jewish population never returned to Poland but I understand. The only thing about Poland that I found sad was how intensely religious many Poles are. But so generous! Lovely people, regardless of religious things.

Went to the shipyard and walked along the shore, the boardwalk with nuns and their habits fluttering in the wind and the oddly beautiful line of trees there that are trimmed at the top so they had knob like shapes… would love to go back 🧡🧡 are you polish?

Hypocracy is repugnant to me. The mystery of our existence is marvelous. Believing there is an authority outside ourselves that tells us what is right is dangerous. Imo, we are born with a sense of humanity and justice… the golden rule etc is from our culture not from a book. Your goodness and value have nothing to do with your faith, imo. 🕊🦉

Hello, the city is beautiful, its name can be confused with the city of Osowiec.
It is a pity, that the name of this city, is often associated with the Nazi death camp, in the end it seems like a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing town to live.

The city Was called Auschwitz only while nazi occupation now officially is Oświęcim (polish name) . The Nazi Death Camp still is called Auschwitz because it was German

Fontanna i ławeczki są .. z zielenią już nieco gorzej, choć wokoło rynku są pojedyncze drzewka. Kawałek dalej jest bardzo zielony bulwar :)
