The way Em switches his flow is impressive in itself but the way he rhythmically mimics the triplet of the snare was some next level shit in this song he's done this in a few songs but he's always so intricately in the pocket while still keeping the rhyme scheme, it's crazy

The sample is from EPMD (Eric Sermon, to be specific), from the song Underground.

Everyone did fantastic, but Eminem, I feel, really wanted Black Thought to shine in the song, because it's a collaboration that Eminem wanted to do for a long time, but it had to be just right for Black Thought to spit his fire bars. And Em succeeded with that one.
