- The first Sonic movie had Tails and the sequel had Shadow! Both setting up the tone and direction of the movie that follows. Over the last decade, the end credit scene has been popularised thanks to Marvel Studios who made a habit of including a post-movie stinger in all their films since 2008's Iron Man.
The post-credit scene helps to build anticipation for what is to come, and when it comes to the Sonic the Hedgehog cinematic franchise we can't wait to see what is around the corner. It's clear that we love list videos revolving around Sonic. So with that said, here are the different end-credit scenes we would love to see at the end of Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

Sonic the Hedgehog 3 is an upcoming live action film based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series and the sequel to the 2022 film, Sonic the Hedgehog 2. It will be the third entry in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series created by Paramount Pictures, and licensed by Sega. The announcement for the movie was likely a pun on Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles, as it was announced along with a Knuckles spinoff series, titled Sonic the Series. I hope to see Amy and Rouge appear in the movie proper. My theory is along the heroes' adventure, something strange will happen where they get a surprising stroke of luck. It's unexplained until the post-credit scene, where Silver and Blaze discuss the success of their mission, despite having to "interfere" that one time.

This is my idea for Sonic 3:
Baby Amy Rose encounters an injured and crippled Long Claw after fighting the Echidna tribe. Long Claw tasks Amy to be Sonic’s caretaker so Amy spends 10+ years ring warping from planet to planet using her tarot cards as a guide to find Sonic, who she doesn’t know. Agent Stone releases Shadow from his prison. Shadow steals the Master Emerald from Knuckles to power an underwater top secret military laboratory (where he was created) and launches it into the sky or outer space. Shadow intends to use the Master Emerald and a secret weapon built inside that said military laboratory (eg. Eclipse Cannon) to take vengeance against humanity for imprisoning him and maybe for killing his only human companion 50 years ago (eg. Maria). Sonic/Tails/Knuckles pursue Shadow to stop him. Agent Stone and Shadow lead Sonic/Tails/Knuckles into a trap (eg. Prison Island) and lock Sonic/Tails/Knuckles in a max. security prison cell/vault and later activate some self-destruct function of the prison. Agent Stone and Shadow flee the prison before it explodes while abandoning Sonic/Tails/Knuckles to their demise. Now tween Amy ring warps into the prison and saves Sonic/Tails/Knuckles by ring warping out of the prison before the self-destruction. Now safe outside the prison, Tails remotely summons the Tornado to fly himself/Sonic/Knuckles/Amy to find Shadow. Amy uses her tarot cards to give Tails a heading to fly towards and they happen to end up at the military laboratory hovering in the sky. Sonic and friends with Amy break into the military laboratory. Sonic fights Shadow, Knuckles hunts for the Master Emerald, Tails and Amy hunt for Agent Stone. Agent Stone activates the secret weapon which consequently turns on the Robotnik AI. The AI launches the military laboratory into orbit and later reversed course to crash into the USA like a meteor strike. Shadow flees Sonic’s pursuit. Knuckles finds the Master Emerald and regroups with Sonic. Tails and Amy regroup with Sonic and Knuckles and informs them that Agent Stone activated a rogue AI and that the military laboratory is on a crash course to Earth. Sonic turns super with the Master Emerald from Knuckles and tries to stop the crash course of the military laboratory. Knuckles/Tails/Amy split up to look for Agent Stone. Amy encounters Shadow and asks for his help to save Earth. Shadow refuses so Amy tries to convince him otherwise. Amy was able to help Shadow overcome his retrograde amnesia and remember the promise he made with his human companion 50 years ago. Shadow thanks Amy and asks Amy to help him find Tails/Knuckles/Agent Stone to stop the crash course with Earth. Shadow and Amy regroup with Tails/Knuckles/Agent Stone and share info about the situation. Shadow turns super with the Master Emerald from Knuckles and aids Sonic to stop the military laboratory from crashing. Mission was successful but the mission restarts Shadow amnesia and Shadow flees into the Earth vowing to battle Sonic in the future. Sonic/Tails/Knuckles/Amy/Agent Stone ring warp back onto Earth. Amy wins Sonic’s approval and lives with Donut Lord and Pretzel Lady.
Post credit for Sonic 4: the Robotnik AI activates in a remote military facility on Earth and begins the manufacturing of Metal Sonic and an android Eggman clone.

Here's a good idea. Metal Sonic is activated as a failsafe to defeat Sonic, and he causes the destruction of the world causing Silver and Blaze to travel back in time to stop him.
The director of the Sonic Movies said the movies are not going in order depending of the games, since the director said Sonic Movie 3 will show events of Shadow the Hedgehog game and Sonic Adventure 2, so we might expect Amy Rose since she is in Sonic Adventure 2, they just have to come up with a way how will the Sonic Heroes meet Amy Rose, and what Sonic and Amy's relationship can go, and I don't care what Amy's personality will be, I just want to see her in Sonic Movie 3.
This was someone's idea for possible way Amy Rose can appear in Sonic 3.

Since Shadow is confirmed, I'd say Rouge is a safe bet as a secret agent of G.U.N. (if a slightly more modest Rouge), and Ami could work as an old childhood friend back in Sonic's homeworld before he was sent to earth, with Ami always remembering Sonic and wanting to see him again, while Sonic completely forgetting about her until they reunite

I have 2 ideas for post credit scenes one were tom meets sonic's parents bernadette and Jules hedgehog who were sent by the freedom fighters to search for their son
The other one is where silver and blaze jump from a time portal and try to find sonic to warn him about what the fate of the future is
There will never be archie characters in the movie universe, the silver and blaze one while being very unlikely is still more likely than the first one
