Part of the new "Misty Mountain" Chakra series featuring extended 15 minute Chakra meditations to activate, tune and balance your Chakras. The imagery in this is spectacular and extremely powerful! The soundtrack is "Sahasrara / Crown Chakra" (violet) by Taos Winds extended version and is by far the most powerful frequencies and vibrations to date.
Sahasrara or crown chakra is generally considered to be the state of pure consciousness; Nirvana, within which there is neither object nor subject. When the Kundalini energy rises to this point, it unites with the male Shiva energy, and a state of liberating samadhi is attained. Sahasrara involves inner wisdom.
Its role may be envisioned somewhat similarly to that of the pituitary gland, which secretes hormones to communicate to the rest of the endocrine system and also connects to the central nervous system via the hypothalamus. According to Gary Osborn, the thalamus is thought to have a key role in the physical basis of consciousness and is the 'Bridal Chamber' mentioned in the Gnostic scriptures. Sahasrara's inner aspect deals with the release of karma, physical action with meditation, mental action with universal consciousness and unity, and emotional action with "beingness."
It is of primary importance in the performance of phowa, or consciousness projection after death, in order to obtain rebirth in a Pure Land. Within this state is contained the White drop, or Bodhicitta, which is the essence of masculine energy.

@@dasren He did a great job recommendin that to other people, thats the whole-goal for hummanity basically, improvin ur surrounding and people u can affect, in a way they are gonna seek for that, u can force nothin to anyone, u get bad karma for that also, but the other reason is the fact that if u force somebody to something, they will never do it on a regular basis...yea they will do it 3-5-10x times for e.g., but no long further.

Shadow Souls be careful, you may be a victim of a psychic vampire or energy stealers. Some times you can be around people who intentionally or unintentionally wish you harm or drain your time and energy. This is a great way to protect yourself. You can always pray. Acknowledging the energy helps to weaken the negative power over you. I like sharing how to protect myself to help others heal. Which in itself is healing. I pray that you stay healthy.

Since the headaches and migraines have been happening more and more. I've planned for a cleansing ritual, so I hope and pray that helps. Thank you again :)
Alternate nostril breathing pranayama might also help with the headaches

Heyy I just wanted to say that you don't need subliminals to rise your vibration...it all depends on your feelings and thoughts. If you start thinking in a positive way and believe that your vibration is already high, your vibration rises. My English isn't that good but I hope this could help you maby 😊
Good point. I did a meditation and then an aura picture right after and I was in a disgusting mood and it didn’t change my aura at all. So you’re absolutely right I guess if you’re that low it takes a lot more work.

Amazing. I usually work on my other chakras but something was telling me to graduate to the crown. I instantly felt a gentle pulsating sensation on the top of my head and focused on rotating the energy clockwise. Beautiful work, felt connected and open to the light

i'd suggest starting with the Lower chakras before going to the higher ones, some root and spleen balance before taking off to higher dimensions.

Sander van den Assem hello :) I had these headaches after third eye activation process.Later I learned to transfer this energy to muladhara. These days my stomach is not alright after I complete a meditation session, I feel some kinda pressure and pain . Am I missing something here? Chakra energy balance?
Mystic, the OP suggested lower chakras first. I don't want to evaluate for you, but wouldn't your stomach be in the third chakra .......

I've been doing Transcendental Meditation, I think it's opened my Crown chakra, I'm not experiencing anything bad, only involuntary head movements, smiling, and tingling in my upper skull followed by electric shocks of joy that travel from the top of my head to my lower spine.

Became completely aware of all the senses and how they were harmonized during this meditation. I saw bright white light for brief moments then other colors. Predominately blue and green; the color of land (earth) and water on this earthly plane ✨thank you 🙏love and light to all 💖

I closed my eyes and listened to this nearly all the way
I saw a vision I dont know if it was myself or someone else but the woman had WINGS. Like she could fly! Purple wings!! And she landed back down on water or rocks or something. And I then ended up seeing what looked like two magical pathways but it looked very real and something in physical world. I ended up seeing what looked like a castle too but I couldn't see it that clear!!!
I just mediated and this made me realize I understand my purpose I’m just not pushing it enough.
My guides have told me I need to work on my crown chakra and wow I struggle to do more then 10 min. But wow I saw a purple glow and my head is pounding now.

IM HERE DROM CHERRYS POST but like I was just getting a few sensations nothing that uncommon really then halfway through visualising I suddenly felt immensely relaxed and my eyes were shut but I saturated seeing loads of white light that felt like warm and then loads of spiralling purple (crown chakra is shown as purple energy) and i went super nauseous and my face started full on vibrating and I just commanded my skin to heal ect and then after abut my brother knocked and distracted me but even now my face is tingling like crazy

This morning there was different animals, mostly there faces, a baby apeared several times and transformed into an engel or an animal, doors/gates opening, the feeling of beeng reached for to be held
Wake up every morning w pain n pressure and nausea at the center of the top of my head n then going around to the back of my head. Had a terrible few accidents. I really hope daily usage of this would heal that 🙏

Okay, so that's not just me(the buzzing). Also, my head is getting hot from about the ear lobes up, I assume what food goes through in a micro wave.

How do you deal with an over active chakra?
I experienced over active chakra this year, about 7-8 months ago. I almost thought I was going crazy. I was in a different world, awake but hibernated, like yogis. I was living within my social background but was aloof from earthly matters, stayed away from people. Felt like a 'God', lol. It felt good in a way but harder, you know. Those who have experienced this will be able to understand what happened to me then. It was a strange kind of euphoric feeling, I was high without having any kind of drugs or weed.
