- Thanks to an article from PC Gamer, Sony have patented an A.I bot that will play your games for you. The A.I bot will monitor your gameplay and then take over if required. This could be very beneficial for multiplayer games, if you become busy, the A.I bot uses machine learning to learn how you play games and then will take over, to mimic your playstyle as close as possible.

I feel like the bot needs to teach me a thing or two, not the other way around. We are doomed if I teach bots how to play!
This won't be allowed in pvp games. But in PvE it's probably going to be allowed, and maybe will allowed people who have no friend to play with to have a full team to help them. So that the next time you think "if only there are 3 more of me to fill this squad i could have defeated the boss", the AI will show how much of a scrub you actually are.
