That’s pretty clean rent and run….i have repaired places with dead animals left behind….ceilings and walls pulled down …smashed windows etc …this is just a small diy and lean up

If you are the one who is paying the bills as a landlord you can make it a issue..If you notice that many of these rentals are fully furnished in England. So the tenants are held responsible for the furniture as well.
Is there a flat rate, since you don't charge any letting fees? When tenants leave the properties in that filthy state you then know what kind of people they are in their daily lives.
