*FULL KICKDOWN* Enviro 200 MMC on Route 484 [Abellio London]

Kickdown at: 2:37 (and throughout the video)
These batch of E200 MMCs with kickdown have moved to WL and made an appearance on the 484.
This bus was running late, im not sure if the 484 is usually this thrashy and cant recommend going out of your way to catch this bus when it next appears on the route. The P13 has no thrash at all, so currently the 484 is your best bet of getting this fantastic Enviro 200MMC with kickdown.

Bloody hell, that is awesome! Restores my faith in E200 MMCs, just in case I lost it!
At least this is actual kickdown unlike the Arriva ones, which recreate the feel of kickdown but in reality is just the gearbox getting confused

Yeah, these batch of E200MMCs are my favourite because for whatever reason abellio ordered them with kickdown switches and they're just little bullets

@@charlieblagg678 I havent seen an Allison without kickdown, well if it hasn't got kickdown it's likely in limp mode.. (limping darts and e200s sometimes dont rev all the way)

nice video. these buses did move to wl as shown in the description. apparently they banned 10.8 mmc's on the 484 as no one wanted to take them out

Apparently 10.8m buses cannot make the route due to some turns en route.

@@theoriginalgamerhd6477 All of Abellios 16 reg and most of their 66 reg E200MMCs are Allison's. These are found on the P13 or on the 484. Other routes with Allison MMCs that have kickdown are the U9 and H20.

@@theoriginalgamerhd6477 Mostly TFLs fault, they require new single deckers to have stop-start which for a while only Voith provided. Allison provides it now too as an option but companies still seem to order Voith MMCs and I'm not quite sure why. I guess once abellio was forced into buying them and saw they used less fuel they decided to keep ordering Voith? Dunno just a guess.
