That baby is going to have the best relationship with his grand-parents. I lived as a new-born at my grand-parents house while our house was under construction and we had the best relationship ever. I think this is also going to be the case for Sophia’s baby💙

Just a reminder blankets and toys are not safe in the babies sleep space. Weather it be a pack and play, crib or bassinet. You can use a swaddle until they’re 8 weeks or they are rolling over and then use a sleep sack.

Can I recommend looking into some double zippy suits/baby grows (We have Bonds in Australia im not sure if you guys have that brand over there). They were a game changer for my baby as she got older. Made my life a lot easier when she started moving and buttons were no longer an option. She's nearly 2 and I still use them for night time and it makes life so easy for changing her.

Get the big tubs of sudocrem. It will help so much. And nappy bags!!! Also, the cotton wool is good to get as you'll need to clean under the babies 4skin to ensure he doesn't get an infection down there. TMI but it's important to know all this for being a baby mum. I'm so excited for you.
