Suba North M.P Millie Odhiambo, on Thursday 6th June 2019, defended Mwende Mwinzi’s nomination to be Kenya’s High Commissioner to Seoul, South Korea, regardless of her dual citizenship.
She also condemned attacks on Nairobi Women Rep. Esther Passaris and other women leaders.

One Millie, one Grace, one Aisha, one Sabinha, one Martha, one Charity, one Pamela, one madam Boss, one Wahome, one one Cecily, on madam Leboso, one Ngirichi etc are great women capable of being militant enough to scare most of the men folks in both houses and those in the county leadership role out of their skin. Having more women with wild blood running in their bodies can be very risk for Kenya and sanity. In the old good days we had the Njunos, the Mwenjes, the Njirus, the Kabogos, the Shikukus, the Makanyengos, the Anyonas made of hard iron material that would not stand this 'talk of blasting. Luckily, remnants are still around but few on the count to rely on. Others are cowards that run hide behind the law for protection. Saying their dignity must not allow them to get physical and use stinging words and would rather get bitten and plead with LSK to rescue them. They however threaten others at funerals and press conferences, the run home to their mamas because wives will add more beating to try to strengthen them.
