Just that Geoff painted his face and arms just to look like Ursula. And the faces he make when Layne does his part. Just priceless and hilarious funny.

Layne is a little underrated. He is incredibly talented. The way he switched between making all those sounds and little percussions goes unnoticed very easily. But the reason is understandable when Geoff has literally painted himself in blue and is sitting right next to him portraying the character of Ursula.😂 Amazing! Oh! And the Eli appreciation made me happy.🌸
Not underrated, it's just almost anyone can learn how to beatbox. Some people better than others, but you can't learn to have 5 octaves range. All of them are talented.
And when Geoff is singing the higher parts, both Eli and J are capable of maintaining the bass line.
actually, I swear I heard before that Geoff doubled it up, so he recorded both the bass and his solo parts for that part
@@theatrenerd2.068 I'm not entirely sure, but I can say that in other songs, Eli and J have maintained the base line.
@@TheRaccoonGamer yes usually they try to have them do it, because if they do the songs live or on stage they will take those parts anyway.
Fun fact: the part where Geoff says "True? YES." wasn't edited in any way, his eyes were just glowing purple at the moment and they decided to leave it in. What, didn't he think we'd notice? Dude goes and talks to Tim Foust and suddenly his bass range expands like another octave. He hangs around tenors and sopranos and suddenly hits somewhere in the 5th octave. Coincidence? I think not...

This has got to be one of my favourite reaction videos to VoicePlay ever, I literally feel like I'm watching my own first reaction with your friend, and then all of my other reactions (I've watched this medley far too many times to be healthy) reflected in you! I can't wait for the next one.

I love how in the moments when Geoff is singing as Ursala and the woman singing as Ariel is doing backing vocals, you see her voice glimmering in her throat even though the spell to extract it hasn't started yet.
I originally thought it was light shining off the necklace, but it's not. You can plainly see the shine above the necklace in some shots.

Geoff has said he doesn’t consider himself a bass. He says he’s a baritone with the capability to sing bass notes but is actually more comfortable singing baritone.
if you want to know the low notes that Geoff hits, Marcello Bass usually comments all of them within the first few hours of uploads
I love you gals! Since VoicePlay is my favorite group, acapella or not, I've seen this video a ton of times but you made it so enjoyable to watch again. That was not Geoff's highest or lowest note but I don't care what range he's singing in or even if he's just speaking, his voice is bone melting. VoicePlay also does all their own song & video arrangements and they are their own production crew so yes, they are seriously underrated!
