Mine was leaking air, I unscrewed the top and pulled down the part that screwed on and there was an O ring underneath it that wasn’t sitting flush and causing a leak. I just moved that O ring flush with the top of the bottle and it is now pressurizing.

Tighten everything. If there's still hissing, check if an O-ring is missing.

I have mine tight and air is seeping from the top so it won't build pressure... Help

O-ring is either missing, or something like dirt is between the O-ring and the seal. Clean the O-ring and you should be good

Harris Termite Poweder from amazon. I never had termites but I had tons of wood rot, so maybe it worked? Anyways it's pretty inexpensive. A lot of the other choices are much more expensive.
