Ingredients:
1 cup raw rice(sona masoori)
1.5 cup chopped ripe jackfruit
2tbsp grated coconut
Salt to taste
Oil/ghee for cooking
Water as needed
Jackfruit Paniyaram:
Ingredients:
1 cup raw rice or idli rice
2 cup chopped ripe jackfruit
1/2 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup Jaggery
4-5 Cardamom powdered
1tbsp Black sesame seeds
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 cup water or as needed
2tsp Oil for cooking or as needed
Jackfruit Steamed Idli:
Ingredients:
2 cup rice(sonamasoori or idli rice)
1.5 cup chopped ripe jackfruit
1 cup grated coconut
1 cup Jaggery
1/2 cup Water or as needed
Salt to taste
Banana leaf or idli stand or butter paper

In north India we cook unripe jack fruit to prepare a dry or semi dry curry. We also prepare it with gravy. Non vegetarians say that it tastes just like mutton.
