Just love a Massey Ferguson 65. So basic and so good.
    I have a friend who replaced a Caterpillar D4 and Field Marshall series 3 with a 65.

Hi Dave, they are re a great tractor.
I hope the D4 and field marshal went to a good home. The 65s are a much easer tractor to use than either of those, but I have always found the Field Marshals fascinating tractors.
      Thanks from Geoffrey

Hi Sue, I am glad you are enjoying my videos.
Sometimes it is hard balancing a job and farm, but I love doing both of them so that makes it easer.
      Thanks from Geoffrey

Hi Nick, I am glad you enjoyed comparing them. There are a lot of the 65s still in use. I had to go and fix another on on Friday. Lucky they are so simple and easy to fix.
      Thanks from Geoffrey

Hi, yes it is in pretty good shape. It needs a bit of maintenance to fix some small things.
      Thanks from Geoffrey

Sounds like she runs great. I've got a lp gas model 65 just for shredding also best investment I've made for her was a new universal mount seat. Has a bit of air ride to it and just makes it so much more comfortable.

Hi, yes it is a good tractor. A new seat would make a bit difference to driver comfort.
      Thanks from Geoffrey

Hi, yes it is a great little tractor. It’s not mine unfortunately so I can’t do to much to it,l but every year I fix a few bits on it for the neighbours.
      Thanks from Geoffrey

Did you add the air cleaner or did it come like that? I knew most 65's had a oil bath but didn't know if that one actually came with. Thanks.
