I was a u tuber my son was handling it . But now he has no time l can't handle it alone . I am on Instagram l make a variety of dishes. I am very good cook sweet maker and a lot of stuff . Each one's culture is different and eating habits,l don't eat many things that you cook , but still l watch your channel. Cooking is an art with many hidden secrets. Not all share them. I use to give classes and take orders earlier . Now l can't , l just cook for my family and share with some of my son's friends. As they all love my cooking . All say my son is lucky as he gets to eat the best and variety.

Yes I too stuff bitter gourd but like one how it is cut vertical. With roasted peanuts and other ingredients. I also made crispy chips of the bigger ones.
