There is no after sales service for this product. Mine worked fine for a year and a half, then stopped. I've reinstalled it and reset too many times....nothing, it won't pair. It makes the 'click' sound, but still, nothing. I've emailed, called the works. No response which tells me there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. It is VERY frustrating. I don't recommend, mainly based on no customer service. You are on your own if something goes wrong.
We have an old built-in intercom system (in our kitchen), which we are not able to open or pull it off the wall (w/o damage the device), and I believe the mechanical chime is inside that box. What would happen if we don't connect the new chime kit to the original mechanical chime ? Thanks
I want notifications when someone rings the bell, but not various other reasons. I also want to customize the sounds. The notification categories (Samsung) are named really confusingly. What does each do? I've got: - Default Notification - Common Notification - Doorbell Notification - Doorbell Notification - Long Bell Notification - Short Bell Notification - Alert Notification (Note that "Doorbell Notification" DOES appear twice)
Does anyone know where to purchase just the inside doorbell attachment to make inside doorbell ring? I contacted Globe but they replied they do not sell to individuals. LOL. Every place I’ve checked only sells the whole doorbell camera set up… no parts. The camera works fine, I only get the phone alert, no ringing of inside doorbell. Don’t always have phone with me inside the house. Is there some other fix for this problem?
I would like to do an automatic scene so that when my doorbell detects movement the light comes on. But the doorbell does not appear in the list of devices ...

Don't forget to put your phone on 2.4Ghz on your home wifi. It's the only way it will pair.
