Generally separation phase starts, after the initial bubble love stage i.e. the initial stage where you feel immense love with your twin.
Then starts Individual balancing stage in which you are cleansing all the heavier emotions like shame, guilt, Apathy, Grief, Fear, Desire, Anger, Pride out of your system.
These heavier emotions block your energy centers i.e. chakras, and clearing these emotions lead to your overall energy system getting cleared.
This is the time when all of your own fears and past trauma and patterns come to surface i.e. all those events from your past in which you felt these heavier emotions, will start to repeat again in your life.
Going through this stage is the most painful experience, because you have to discover first that what is actually happening to you, and find a way how to deal with all the overwhelming emotional releases that the twin flame encounter triggered in you.
In this stage You are experiencing incredible pain during the “healing” process and this pain is released with crying or anger attacks, that can last for days, weeks, months and even years - depending upon that how much is piled up inside you and how ready and open you are to face all of this.
During this stage, you are also learning to not analyze or interpret, cause currently you analyze everything.
You are also learning not to go into the drama.
You are learning not to go into the stories your mind creates around drama.
You are learning not to project your mental projection onto your twin.
In short you are learning to sit with all the dissatisfaction/pain that you are going through, and thus you are learning to surrender.
It feels like being on a permanent rollercoaster ride from the highest highs of bliss to the lowest lows of pain.
You can feel completely blissful and happy in the one moment and absolutely devastated in the next.
And this can change from one minute to the other and back again the next minute.
The whole emotional system is rebalancing the energy change that the encounter with your twin has triggered.
It is often referred to as Kundalini rising.
It is systematically cleansing out of heavier emotions from every corner of your system. Nothing gets the chance to hide away any longer.
You start to see 1111 everywhere, which represents that you are starting a new life with a new beginning. It is an invitation to let go of the old and fake 3D self and life, and move forward into the direction of your essence, and true life purpose.
It is the time of having your ego surrender. But Your ego is fighting hard to keep its position in the lead.
No doubt it is tough, and not everyone makes it through this stage, because it means to let go of everything we used to believe to be true.
