They didn't think anyone else would be interested at first, they got together to "play the music that would get them fired from a job." So there are no purity tests, no worrying about whether it's this or that - just simply do they love the music they are creating? Yep, both MJ and Stevie influences in Jonah's voice. But he ranges through them and through 80's pop and gospel too. It's extraordinary. THEY are extraordinary.

Another fantastic thing is that their songs are at the same time very diverse but all have the very distinct Dirty Loops sound each containing surprises and a lot of them humor as well. Also great to see some of their older songs - if you want another song with some Stevie Wonder vibes not only in the vocals check out "Accidentally in love"!

Yes, you are getting both Michael and Stevie…Jonah’s voice is incredibly agile and his runs are impeccable given how intricate some of them are. Keep going. You would probably dig Breakdown, Thriller, Follow the light.
