Hi Dan great content as always but I can't help but think your missing a trick on some of your property's when it comes to kitchens..
I own a kitchen spraying company called kitchen cosmetics, having a dated beach effect kitchen sprayed in a clean white or modern navy would update the kitchen significantly and attract more potential tenants in my opinion while costing a fraction of the price of a new kitchen.
Check out some of thr kitchen's i've previously sprayed and it may tempt you in future!

Your solution wouldn’t have worked on this kitchen as the doors had swelled due to water but it’s certainly something I’d be interested in looking into for other kitchens.
