- Hey guys! I decided to make a corpanga and lucaya parallels because there is not many and because i feel like its important to post. There is also BIG LUCAYA FORSHADOWING AT THE END

i think that he picked riley but then he would notice that he doesn't have feelings for her and he's completely in love with maya but he doesn't say it until riley notices it and let him go with maya, but sadly the show was cancelled before that

I always notice that. I think that the writers ended season 3 with Lucas saying he chooses Riley, but because in the future they hoped to somehow continue the series. They are smart, just like Cory dated another girl before Topanga that wasn't his soul mate.
And I also think Maya again was just stepping back, pretending she believe Josh to let Lucas with Riley, for Riley's sake, also because Rilei was pressuring her to much, saying she was just trying to become Riley... (what doesn't make any sense actually).
Anyway, Lucaya forever.

Remember when Cory says 'The ski lodge was almost the end of Cory and Topanga' well when Maya tells Lucas to go to Riley. That would be the end of them..... Or would it....

Tbh the writers are good writers. It was obivous hey wanted to explore the show more. Even rowna blanchard did. Like disney didnt even allow the lucaya kiss because it qas too passinate. Disney needs to realise this needs to happen. Urrggghhhh nuuuuuu! You're making me ship them even harder, and now I'm currently cursing the writers for ski lodge :''( like seriously, what were they thinking putting Rucas together!!!!!
Unfortunately Rucas had to happen first to make it right. Riley and Lucas had to fail on their own as a couple(which as you and everyone else can probably tell by every episode since Ski Lodge that they are, lol) to FINALLY realize that what they feel for each other isn't romantic. Riley wouldn't of been mature enough if Lucas and Maya would have started dating without first realizing what her "feelings" towards Lucas really are, and that would have jeopardized her friendship with Maya. I'm not bashing Riley, because I love her character also, but she can be immature at times, but she's growing as a person this season. This show is about Riley MEETING the world after all. It sucks that we need wont get anymore Lucaya for the remainder of this season for the poor excuse of a relationship that is Rucas. But the writers know what they are doing, and they have had it planned out since before they even stared filming this show. It's been Lucaya and Riarkle being endgame since the very beginning. I just hope that this show gets Season 4, so they writers can finally get to the real story, and the audience gets what we want. Even though the true "endgame" has always been the friendship between Riley and Maya.

I don't wanna sound like someone that doesn't get want she wanted and tries to find excuses why, but I kinda think that when they found out there will not be a season 4 they put riley and lucas together so that the main character (riley) has a relationship, because if there where more season she would have met a guy and would fall in love with him. But idk maybe they didn't even know it yet and it was there plan from the beginning but I kinda thought that since I saw season 3.
