• ADULT CAT: Fits neck sizes 8" - 12"
• SMALL: Fits neck size 10″ - 16″
• MEDIUM: Fits neck size 14″ - 20″
• LARGE: Fits neck size 18″ - 24″
Fabric Length and Width:
• ADULT CAT: 2.75" x 17"
• SMALL: 3″ x 24.5″
• MEDIUM: 4″ x 28.5″
• LARGE: 4″ x 34.5″
Nylon Webbing Length and Width:
• ADULT CAT: Interfacing - 2.75" x 17"
• SMALL: 3/4″ webbing, 22.5″ long
• MEDIUM: 1″ webbing, 26.5″ long
• LARGE: 1″ webbing, 32″ long
Quick Release Side Buckle (1), D-Ring (1), and Slider (1)
• ADULT CAT: 10mm (Safety Breakaway Quick Release Buckle)
• SMALL: 3/4″ - 20mm
• MEDIUM: 1″ - 25mm
• LARGE: 1″ - 25mm

Thanks for making this tutorial. My cat has had the same collar for 8 years. I'd buy a new one when needed, but they discontinued them now. Should of bought multiple in advance. I'm going to try making one with a similar fabric now that I've seen your video. :)

What kind of interfacing do you use? I keep buying all the wrong kinds and the heavy kills my needle. The last lightweight I bought must have been for transferring because it was tacky
