A couple things. I had a very 'meh' experience with Carnival, but it's been years. I've been sailing with Celebrity recently and have a 13 night Scandanavian cruise on Silhouette booked for next May. I'd closed my mind to sailing with most anyone else, because I've been enjoying Celebrity so much. Especially in The Retreat. Your recent videos had given me pause to rethink my position. The cabin looks great, as does the food. Maybe in the future? The Chef's table looks incredible. It's more expensive on Celebrity, but perhaps worth trying. Thank you for yet another great video!
I tried the QR code - lol - it only works on the ship's wi-fi. :D thanks for the steakhouse info - we booked it for our cruise in April 2024... I appreciate seeing the actual menus and what the items looked like. YUM! The chef's table for our cruise has been sold out for months - I want to say at least 9-10 months in advance of our cruise.

We did Chef's table on Triumph maybe a decade ago? It was the best meal I've ever had on a ship. It was an incredible experience. I do wish they discounted if you don't drink alcohol, but it was totally worth it even without it.

As a solo traveler, do you advise that I should pick a particular cruise line for the loyalty program then stick with that line only? If so, which cruise line would you recommend for solo cruising for their loyalty program? Thanks so much!
I don’t sail for the loyalty perks so I wouldn’t recommend that. I would pick a line you think might be good for you (Celebrity and NCL have great solo rooms) and then see if it’s right for you. Zach - so glad you got to do the Carnival Chef’s Table! It certainly is THE BEST experience and food than any other cruise line (who would have guessed?). I love Celebrity as my cruise line of choice, but have to say the multiple times I’ve tried the Carnival experience they’ve been consistently so much better, and a fantastic value with the wine pairings included! So every time I’m on Carnival I book it. I’d pass on ever doing it on Celebrity or Princess again… 🛳
The Chefs Table looks phenomenal ! I’m 10 Carnival cruises in and I think it’s time to experience it. Thanks Zack😊

I did he chefs table on the Glory a couple years ago. Loved it. I looked at it like booking an excursion. Well worth the money!
