      2.5mm shells? What are you on about? The smallest rifle round in the world is a .17 HMR and the bullet is 4.5mm in diameter. This small of round is not used in warfare, it's good for rabbits and coyotes. The bradely uses 2.5cm (25mm) rounds, but they're not referred to as shells. Shells usually mean artillery rounds like 155mm, 152mm, and 105mm.

    Colonialist never change. The 2,000 troops France had planned to send are not part of the French Military. They're an off-shoot, quasi French Foreign Legion which they got from their "former" colonies. France used to send Africans to Indochina and got their asses kicked by the Vietnamese. Same thing with the Brits, they don't have enough Brits, so they force their colonies to provide men to serve their military campaigns.
    With this 2,000 soldiers that are not officially French Military, Macron hopes that their deaths will not startle the country. We'll see.

    • @daseokamenis
      @daseokamenis Před 17 dny

      @@gkhantube555 What is called Bosnian is a variant of Cyrillic script that was transferred from Serbia to Bosnia during the reign of Tvrtko I Kotromanić.
      In the Bulgarian lands, the Bosnian woman entered the 17th and 18th centuries. century as a result of the so-called Catholic propaganda in the Bulgarian lands. At that time, this alphabet was known as the Serbian alphabet. This is the alphabet of the Illyrian language.
      In the Middle Ages, only the Cyrillic alphabet was used in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a tool of literacy (all the charters and letters of the Bosnian medieval rulers and nobles are in the Cyrillic script). This situation continued even after the Ottoman conquest of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian areas: both Orthodox, Catholics and Muslims wrote in the whole of Bosnia and Herzegovina only in Cyrillic, which acquired certain local characteristics (Bosnian Cyrillic), although these characteristics are not sufficient to be considered local Cyrillic special redaction of the Cyrillic alphabet. In 1737, Friar Luka Karagić even expressly forbade the Franciscans to use the Latin alphabet in a notice.
      Only towards the end of the 18th century, in closer ties with Dalmatia and Croatia, the Franciscans increasingly adopted the Latin alphabet, and from the 19th century they fully accepted it. In the 19th century, the Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina began to use the Latin alphabet exclusively, while the Cyrillic alphabet remained in use among Orthodox Serbs and a large number of local Muslims (although during this century the use of the Cyrillic alphabet was increasingly identified with Serbian nationality, which is why many Muslims over time abandon its use and, like the Croats, switch to Latin). The Bosnian Franciscans kept the Cyrillic alphabet, but to distinguish their books from the monastic (Orthodox) they introduced 5-6 letters of the Latin alphabet.
      Ćiro Truhelka, a Croatized Czech, Croatian archaeologist and art historian (1865-1942) was the first to name this Cyrillic, Bosnian, in order to more easily launch the forgery that the inscription on the charter of the Bana tower is in the Croatian language, although the great Croatian scientist Vatroslav Jagić admitted that it is famous the charter of Ban Kulin in the Cyrillic script and in the Serbian language. Vatroslav Jagić in the book "History of the Literature of the Croatian and Serbian Peoples", 1867. Zagreb, on page 142. writes: "...that it is impossible to believe that they would not have been in Bosnia, Zahumlje, Dioklecija, etc. long before Kulin Ban started writing in Cyrillic, and in the Serbian vernacular."
      Bosančica was a name coined in Austro-Hungarian times for the Cyrillic script used in the Middle Ages and in the Turkish period to write in Bosnia, Herzegovina and, partly, in neighboring Dalmatia. The name was coined during the administration of Benjamin Kalaj in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Kalay was the President of the State Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1883 to 1903, in the capacity of the joint Austro-Hungarian Minister of Finance). In order to stand in the way of Serbian nationalism in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kalaj launched the "Bosnian" nationhood project, which presented the history and culture of the region (through the school system and other methods) as completely separate developments from the history and culture of the Serbs. This de-Serbization approach only further irritated Serbian and Croatian nationalism (because in addition to Serbianness, it also denied the Croats of Bosnia, propagating instead their uniqueness), and it took root only among local Muslims. Within Kalaje's Serbophobic project of "Bosnian" nationality, the name "Bosančica" was used with the intention of suppressing the term "Serbian script" which was most often used for Cyrillic in local historical documents.

So he is most likely tipping his hand here to avoid being accused of incompetent intelligence gathering in the lead up to the offensive. It is an attempt to cover his own azz.
