hi, can u just swap oil with butter or thats big nono? i understand oil = 100% oil whereas butter =80 or 82 fat and rest water we could heat butter until water evaporates or smth and then use same 1 to 1?

Thank you for this carrot cake recipe that uses butter, not required to add milk/buttermilk/applesauce, and definitely no vegetable oil.
