    thank you so much for this recipe! i tried so many recipies with oil and i do eat the cake straight away - i agree, who wants cake to last a long time?!

      hi, can u just swap oil with butter or thats big nono? i understand oil = 100% oil whereas butter =80 or 82 fat and rest water we could heat butter until water evaporates or smth and then use same 1 to 1?

    Thank you for this carrot cake recipe that uses butter, not required to add milk/buttermilk/applesauce, and definitely no vegetable oil.

      You can omit the pineapples if you don't like it.

      Hi. Carrot cake is vest when its vakee in lesser quantity. Specially becoz its a hravy batter. The pan should be filled 1/3 of its height. Thats the reason why i use three pans. It vakes evenly and doesnt endup with a dry cake. As the cake doesnt have to sit in the oven too long. But if you want to make it in one pan, then this amount of batter can go into a 8 inch cake pan

      250 grms of all purpose flour.its there in the vdo.

    Thanks! I was looking for a carrot cake recipe with butter instead of oil. The amount of ingredients is the same if I use a loaf pan or only one circular pan? And how much time in oven for only one cake instead of three?
