Why he fall off?
+Lean DCUO ankle problems the last few seasons and just didn't work well in Brooklyn. Seems like a much better fit in Dallas so far
+Lean DCUO Injuries and then loss of confidence due to unable to perform like he used to. You could see it in his game and he also talks about how he is mentally during interviews. Sad how he declined but now he seems to have matured and thriving much better with a more well rounded team versus that of the NETS.
Nothing is better than seeing a good player out of a shitty situation producing again welcome back D-Will hope those ankles and knees hold up.

I don't think D. Williams is a great stand alone PG. When he is surrounded by other great scorers he tends to thrive when pressure is distributed. I still appreciate his game and what he brings to Mavs lineup.
He never was a great stand alone guard. That's why when people said he was washed up I laugh. There's a reason he suffered after Jerry Sloan left the Jazz. D Will is a system player. There's a certain way to utilize his talent and Rick Carlisle knows. Simple P&R with a PF who can shoot (First it was Boozer with the Jazz, now its Dirk). Also, make D Will play off ball more and have him take advantage of smaller PG in the post. The Nets did not utilize him right. They tried to make him the main scorer and he's not that guy.

Sbij Akan Every all star has a great game here and there and during that season he was fully healthy and was being coached by Avery Johnson (System coach, PG oriented)
