Anyone attempting this at home, be careful removing that hub & bearing, pulling it off can damage the inner bearing seal and start letting in water and cause it to fail early. You should be able to do the brake shoe replacement without removing the hub.
Other than that, good work in making the job of reinstalling all those springs look so easy!

On my wife's 500, one of the drums was stuck badly, I used a tip I saw elsewhere, the drum location holes are threaded M10, you can put a pair of bolts in them, turn them a bit at a time & it will pull the drum off the hub & shoes. One set of linings fell off hers as well! For some reason these drums seem to stick badly if left parked up outside for a length of time. If you have to leave it parked up, best leave the handbrake off (leave in gear obvs).

Good work getting it done. That crusty old drum has seen some salty winter roads! I wouldn't bother taking the hub and bearing off (but I am a lazy bodger, at heart). One bit of advice, get yourself a decent torque wrench. That hub nut should be 280nm, if I recall. Probably fine guessing it, on a Fiat 500; but get a Torque setting wrong on the Evo and you might find yourself in a hedge. :)

My friends call me mr torque wrench lol. I torqued it off camera. The evo will be torqued with great care and attention 😁

I'm a bit late to the party but your wheel cylinder was leaking and needed replacing. Just nip back in your time machine and fix it.
