The call quality on both Zoom and Teams is great. I did find a quirk, in that, I have to answer the call by hitting the button on the computer but after that, everything is good. (I got an adapter so I can use the handset from my old phone for more private conversations. I plug it into the back of this speaker. It also works well.)

I use this for Teams calls and meetings as wearing a headset all day gives me a headache. The mute button works some of the time, but not always. I'm still able to mute by using the mute microphone button within Teams, so I can still make it work.

I bought this to use for a work-at-home job. The headphones hurt my ears so much I could no longer tolerate the pain. This works amazing! I was a little worried my company might complain because my system makes a small ding sometimes that comes out of the speaker and I think the customer can hear it. I did try it on a recording and the ding does come up. Other than that It is great I ordered a backup one just in case this one breaks. I love there is no Bluetooth on this. Bluetooth emits dangerous wireless radiation that the FCC has approved for the public without proper scientific evidence it does not cause harm. There is a lawsuit against the FCC now with 11,000 pages of evidence that wireless radiation is harming life and human DNA. Love this product! I 100% recommend
