Eddy Chan Kwan Lap (Chinese): 陳君立; born 27 May 1947) is a modern Chinese ink painter. He finished a certificate course in Modern Chinese Ink Painting, awarded a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and the master's degree of Fine Arts. He has been honored with different awards. Moreover, his works are now in the collections of both local and overseas museums and art institutes, such as the Hong Kong Museum of Art, Shanghai Foreign Culture Exchange Association (China), Daegu Culture and Art Centre (South Korea), and the 1997 Mountain Lake Collection (United States)

陳君立生於中國，1981 年修畢香港中文大學校外進修部現代水墨畫文憑課程，1985 年獲加拿大蒙特利爾康戈狄亞大學藝術學士銜，2006 年獲澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學藝術碩士銜。陳氏曾獲台北市立美術館現代水墨創新獎、北京中國畫研究院優秀獎、 中國對外文化交流協會頒發中國現代書畫大賽優秀獎、 中國國家級藝術評審委員會頒發第四屆當代中國山水畫展特邀榮譽奬及「大河春天・第五屆當代中國山水畫展」創新獎。
