As it relates to Britney Spears - Her father receives 18K a month to keep abreast of music and potential investments. His legal fees are paid by Brtineys Estate totaling well over +2M dollars, Her court appointed attorney is paid $500K.
Bessemer Trust has a Fiduciary RESPONSIBILITY. I recommend going deeper into the finances. Because 60M should have turned into well over $200+M in 13 years and that's on the low end of the spectrum. UHNW teams want to ensure the clients money is protected and legacy is built.

Al is usually right but I have to disagree on Britney. She had a fortune of 300mill 13 years ago but she's down to 60millions even after her Vegas shows and all her perfume deals. Her father has a low salary but he makes a percentage off her concerts and other deals. She should be as rich as Beyonce because Britney is the biggest popstar of her generation and she never stopped working or making money. No way they've been protecting her money. How is all that money gone when they've been giving her 2000/week? She is being used and abused.
Why isn't Kanye, Charlie S, Lindsey L under cons.?
The conditions she's been under aren't realistic or human.
Britney may need help to function but not to this extent.
There's also been conflicts of interest between her father and the people supposingely working for her.

Personally everytime I've worn wild hair colors, it was ALWAYS WHITE GIRLS that would compliment me and aya how much they loved my hair or thought I was pretty. Even my family members stuck in this mentality that black women can't wear colored hair,colored lipstick,and we are supposed to be meek and docile at all times to appease society. Just because Al says it matter of fact does not mean it is accurate. That was not the maximum sentence for Derick Chovan. There were 4 violations that allowed for more extensive sentence beyond 30 years. 22 years was a light sentence. He should have gotten life if the charges were 1st degree murder which is what it was.
Precisely! Although 22.5 years is north of the state guidelines the judge is able to increase well beyond those. Sentencing is not only a form of punishment for the convicted but a tool that either:
1. Discourages repeated behaviors or
2. Emboldens behaviors
This was the judge merely pushing the ball down the field. This is also why Cahill made it a point to say that his sentencing would not be influenced by the outcry. That speaks to his willingness to not be an “enforcer” and in some ways aligning himself on the side of those who do take justice into their own hands
