Firstly, I am NOT a skeptic, I do believe in the paranormal and have had my own experiences with the paranormal (some people believe I'm a medium but I don't think I'm that sensitive to the paranormal) but in my honest opinion
8- obviously a fake/prank, the figure is not transparent, the arms a tanned and the face is a terrible make up job.
6- I've personally worked in a liquor store a couple of years ago and champagne/sparkling wine does explode especially if it has been a hot day and vibration from vehicles outside can and will cause boxes to rock.

@@parrychell thank you, i sound like a nutter but i have fairies in my garden, i get visited by gnomes (not the ceramic kind although i do have some too) and this place has had ghosts visit, my last place was haunted by a previous owner from the 30s, it was a Victorian house and she was a lovely old lady! she looked after me, you could hear her move things in the kitchen, you could hear her chuckle at my dancing and singing when i washed up and shed say hello when i came home at night. My cat loved her, shed look at the doorway and purr!

The wine bottles exploding are definitely explainable. Carbonated wine bottles explode all the time. The winery I worked for, roughly lost around 8-10 bottles for every one bottle of wine due to exploding bottles.
Where I used to live, my childhood home. I could've sworn, that the chairs were moved back and forth during night hours. I only heard the sounds, but never got up to catch it. That house was creepy as heck, because I heard voices outside the front yard. The previous owners might've done things before me and my fam moved in, years later.

I always wonder "No one knows what happened to the person seeing the ghost, figure, ect..." How did the video get out? Someone find the camera on the road?
The bottle display was caused by pressure build up . The first bottle exploded then fell to the floor while leaving the rest tilted which slowly fell to the floor, then in the box below a second bottle exploded which caused the rattling of the other boxes and you can figure that out just by paying attention to the video.

I've commented on this once before Cal. In the courtyard where the chair is pulled out you'll see on the table behind you a salt shaker. It seems to have disappeared before the umbrella opened up. You showed this video once before and it showed the salt shaker sliding across the table very slowly. It's a white cylinder object and looks like a salt shaker. You're great commentator and I love your videos. I look for slapped ham every time I get on the internet. I'm a disabled veteran or I would go back to the house I grew up in and introduce you to the elderly lady with the long white hair that appeared to me and then to another guy my age whose family moved in the house after they bought it from her. I was between 8 and 13 years old when I started having dreams and couldn't wake up even though my eyes were open and I could see everything in the room. I couldn't move my arms or legs or even speak but I can move my arm enough to bang on the wall where my mother would have to come in and carry me to the bathroom and put wash rag with water on my face for about 10 minutes.
That clip with mitzpah hotel was filmed by ghost adventures.Seen the show and it was a good episode.
