.150 gm rice
2 onion
2 tomato
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 cup beans
1/2 cup carrot
red yellow capsicum
1/4 cup green peas
1 tbsp desi ghee
salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
chop coriander
1 tbsp oil
1 pinch asafoetida

Kichri simply cook ho bohot tasty hoti hai, yay koi salen thora hai vages bhi optional hain, most authentic khichri receipe main only brown onion ,roasted Cummins seeds , cloves, whole black pepper, cinnamon stick and salt , that's all, fry all this in oil and add soaked rice with moong or masoor daal, water , let it cook till rice and daal is tender, and dum per rakh dain, tasty khichri is ready
