This video is an introduction video of a house where you can live like a resort in a small house in the city center. In the West, a courtyard called a patio is created and used as a place to cool off and relax while protecting privacy. I think that Kyoto's "street garden" is close to Japan.

Die japanische Architektur und die Ausstattung eines Hauses unterscheidet sich sehr von der europäischen Architektur.
Ich liebe schwarz und weiß und auch klare Formen, jedoch fehlen mir einige farbige Bilder an den Wänden wie bei mir in Deutschland. Es ist sehr minimalistisch in Japan. Der Baum und der Patio gefallen mir, es ist eine gute Idee, die ich in Deutschland nicht kenne.
Der Balkon hat keine Aussicht, das ist ungewöhnlich in Deutschland. Ist das üblich in Tokyo?

初めまして、とても良いお家で、我が家も3年後に狭小住宅を建築したいと計画していますので大変参考になりました。これだけ窓が多いと気密 断熱は如何でしょうか？
現在我が家は40坪吹き抜けの家でエアコン20度設定1台で暖かく過ごせています。吹き抜けのおかげか2階も冬はこの1台で充分です。勿論床暖もなくタイル床です。教えて頂けると有り難いです。
