Dheeman Ghoshal Now she has many counterplays, but her damage when released was ridiculous broken. You can outplay her by using cleanse, zhonyas or QSS, plus previewing the ULT move and kill her when she gets back to the initial position. I think she is a fair champion now, although I really dislike her gameplay style and appearence.

He's still just trying to show how broken she is compared to other champs. Sure there are some champs that can kill you from max health but they have either been reworked or nerfed to the ground, something that Zoe never seem to be.

nah Teemo is fine, frankly compared to some champs hes downright healthy. The champions worse than him? Rengar, Yasuo, Vayne, Jinx, Thresh, just to name a few; Champions that just are unfair to fight between a combination of free stats and overloaded kits. Teemo has an ult that does damage over time and slows (build Magic resist), his Q can be played around easily enough with I don't know, ABILITIES. Yeah Teemo is balanced.
OH! But like the movespeed on his W! My dashes every 3 seconds are so much less powerful. And he has a DoT that does like 15 damage a second, which is hard countered by Doran's Shield, and Spectre's Cowl. So I go doran's blade and Sheen, and complain.

Her kit/moveset
She only got one greatly damaging move. If you remove paddle star then she would be a support character. (But they probably would rework her to find another damaging move so suffer) The rest of her moves are for helping her land paddlestar. Spell thief to get closer. Portal jumps the same thing and sleepy trouble bubble is for keeping the enemy still to land it better.
Literally her whole set basically focuses on her paddle star move (Q.) Her sleepy trouble bubble deals no damage, it's non-existing and also makes her next attack deal double the damage
The only champ from the "rito pls nerf" series that really need a nerf.

When you get stunned by Zoe when she has 3 item (not count shoe) then you just better open shop menu already because there is zero possiblity you would survive in late game
Getting hit by a Zoe is like two trucks that crash into you from opposite sides but it's constantly happening, endless, and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.

I though the same before playing it, probably because of the tilting of being one shoted, but honestly I don't think she's broken. She deals extreme damage, true, but only if you hit all habilities on one target and time it right. She's excellent for ambushes and focusing behind the lines, but can easily fail on team fights, specially if the other team has a tanky champ or someone good at closing distances. Also, after her combo, she's extremely vulnerable until cd. I find champs like mundo, darius,yi and yasuo far more 'broken' because they can succeed even at absurd odds. You will never see a zoe winning a 1v5 on her own. She's kind of like ezreal meets lux combo. Annoying as hell, but not impossible to counter.

I think an appropriate nerf would be the removal of the AOE damage on her Q. A lot of times it's the AOE that hits people, not even the projectile itself.

right now her q applies her passive damage. they are gonna nerf that, so it will only apply passive damage to the main target and q base damage to the ones hit by aoe. that amounts to 30%-40% reduced damage on secondary targets so pretty close to what you said but not killing her waveclear
They confirmed next patch will have hard Zoe nerfs, her Q won't do splash dmg anymore (I believe), she can't get teleport for her W anymore, you can now cleanse/QSS when drowsy rather than only when asleep and I think there was one more thing I missed

honestly, there's an easy fix:
increase cooldown of her E, and make the Q read zoe's location statically (on spell cast) instead of dynamically (which allows her to ult after Q). First one nerfs her E-Q and second one gives you time to react (zhonyas, shields, flash, etc.)

It's not just one shot, it's massive damage, the fact that it's not one shot doesn't mean that is not stupid damage, especially since she can do it so frequently and the fact that you really don't see from where most of her abilities are coming
And also having to camp and focus a champ from the start is stupid, not balanced, what if another lane is having trouble? Just focus Zoe and let the enemy adc get feeded? It's a team game, not a "oh they picked this shit champ, good luck on the other lanes cuz ur not gonna see me :D"
What if it's lategame and you have to defend a tower or inhib? You literally have to stay on a certain area so that it's easier for her to either accidentally hit you with the q or accidentally hit you with the e OR miss the e but still limit your movility since it stays as an area on the flor, making it even easier to hit you with the q.

Poppy: Base health 540 -> 542
Ryze: Base AD: 55 -> 56
Renekton R cooldown: 120s -> 118 s
Urgot Q mana cost: 50 -> 49

Get cleanse :/ ez fix
Issue with cleanse is that it doesn't interact correctly. If you cleanse the drowsy, you still get put asleep, and if you cleanse the sleep you still have the increased damage on you.
Jeane Greene or play yasuo with cleanse or a high mobility champ, or maybe even just time your cleanse right immediately after you're put to asleep because the Zoe will 90% of the time q far back and you can abuse that.
but if the Zoe is just as skilled as you are she could easily send the paddle star behind you... then ur kinda messed up

Zoe is just basically a mobile Veigar, a champion that does this kind of damage should not be so mobile imo, at least with veigar hes slow, squishy and predictable not even Leblanc is this annoying to play against. Fun to play sure but its not fun for the other 5 people playing against her. Poorly designed its like riot didn't even try to balance her on realise. Brought to you by the same person who designed yasuo who also was super op on realise, although at least yasuo is not so bad now after the many needed nerfs he received. Zoe needs the same treatment nerf her/rework her.

sa mi dude how is zoe immobile when many summoner spells she gets like 3 flashes aside from her own ! And she is long range ! Come on its even hard for assassins vs her bcs one e lands u get fucked and lose like 2/3 of ur hp !
ali bahr she only gets flashes if other people flash, and since her ult teleports her back to the original spot immediately, it's really predictable. she doesn't have any dash or something like that to be called mobile. plus, it's the same with veigar- get hit by e, you might be dead. you just need to play around zoe's abilities; engage when she just used her e (and missed) cause that's when she's the most vulnerable, get cleanse or qss if you can't always dodge it. assassins should make zoe's life hard actually, as they can punish her when she randomly uses her e which is her only defensive spell (even though its mostly used offensively)
i'd recommend playing zoe yourself to understand what she does and how she's gonna shoot her abilities, it personally helped me to be able to dodge a lot. i play ahri against her and it works really well in lane for me, maybe try that ^^
Zoe's abilities seemed balanced until i saw her overpowered DPS in-game. I mean all her abilities are just ok as they are, but they are either too powerfull or too spammable.

i'm a zoe main. used her since she came out and i still get feeded as fuck everytime i play her. she is literally the same if you use dark harvest and now its even easier to land the E with the R E combo which before was harder to do. her damage is still op

I played against an OTP Zoe recently. After the game (which we lost), I said that Zoe is a poorly-designed champion. The Zoe main responded with (paraphrased for brevity) "Haha, Zoe haters, I love your tears, screw you, you're terrible". Charming.
Looking back on it now, it's pretty funny. The guy was a walking stereotype for Zoe mains. I think Zoe is the new Teemo.
