Here's some tips to stay productive during the break time
1. Stretch so that your muscles feel good
2. Do a water bottle refill
3. Read a book
4. If your writing something recheck it
Heres some things you should keep with you
Water bottle: you should stay hydrated
Charger:since your doing this on a device plug it in so that it doesn't die
Some type of healthy snack: if you get hungry you can eat the brain food like peanuts, fruits , vegetables
Your class notes: if you have notes use them
Note book:When your done learning something write everything you've learned in your own wording or you can test yourself
Extra TIP: turn off the wifi of your phone if your doing it on another device

Help our your mom with anything even if its small
Do Youre chores
Make a list of anything you wanna achieve in the time
Tips
Try to not do it on ur own phone someone else’s device is better
Dont use ur phone in the break
Make sure you have water or tea or coffee anything to help you keep studying
If you have a comfort food that easy to make and not time taking make it!

I used to use these for some time at the end of high school, especially for my final oral exams. Even then I had problems with getting back to studying after 5/ 10 minute break but in the end I've always managed to do it. Now, that I'm at college, this is my last hope as I don't have any self-control, discipline or motivation. So far it's going okay

I like timer 30/10. I found it more productive for me than 25/5. One note: this timer is 1.5 hours study with 20 minutes break not 2 hours of study as mentioned in the title. Be aware if you need to count the total amount of time for your work.

Hello, if 30 minutes of studying is challenging, please use 20 or 25-minute Pomodoro first. A short working period followed by a 5-minute break may suit you better. However, if you still need to get used to studying for long periods. After you get into the habit of working on a 25/5 Pomodoro timer for at least 4 hours, you can try 30 minutes. Concentration problems may also be caused by factors such as an unorganized working environment, lack of planning and loss of motivation. Remember, motivation only sometimes happens; don't expect to be motivated. Discipline always wins; the important thing is to be disciplined and be able to sit in front of that lesson even if you don't want to. Believe that you can do it because if you come here and start using the videos, write this comment, and want to improve things, it means you have enough determination. I wish you success.
