How to hinge artwork using T-hinges

In this demonstration, we show how to mount a piece of artwork using the T-hinge method with all materials being acid free and archival quality. The video takes you through the complete process. Japanese hinging tissue, non-woven polyester (such as Bondina), blotting paper, bone folder, weight/s, tweezers & thin flat brush, acid free adhesive, beaker, non-stick paper board or polyester, ruler and scalpel, corrugated cardboard, acid free mountboard. The hinging tissue used is available from PEL and has predefined tear-lines which you will see in the video. There are other tissues that are also suitable for the same hinging method which do not have tear-lines.
