We are in our 70’s and we’ve been camping all our lives. We have been in a Motorhome the last. 15 years, and it’s great. We still enjoy nature, the change of scenery, and traveling. We split time between a small condo and our Motorhome. It’s a great lifestyle

Hey Kelli and Cody, you certainly are an inspiration for all people who are adventuresome like yourself and even those who are just curious about how you live full-time in a tent but you’re set up for camping is absolutely amazing, you have figured out how to live in the outdoors how to manage your life, have gourmet meals the adventures you take hiking and biking and kayaking and other things that make you happy. I love watching your videos and seeing the smiles on your faces and it is very evident that you love this lifestyle and you try to make it better each time you go out on an adventure. And yes your life is an adventure and most people will not experience the adventures that you have had and will have in the future. Keep the videos coming and keep those smiles and laughter and the love of camping out there for the public to enjoy. You are in my prayersThat God will protect you and guide you and you have a purpose in this life and that God will fulfill that purpose and keep on encouraging people.

Canvas tent with a wood stove would work for winter camping.
Jonathan does a great job narrating and filming. He's a natural. The Q&A session was good. Helps us understand how you manage things. In your older years, a travel trailer would be more comfortable. Also, as you mentioned, you could enjoy winter activities. Maybe tent in warm months, and have the travel trailer in colder months. The pasta dish looked so good! Your cookbook will be a hit!

You can always get small camper trailer or RV and keep in storage for the winters. Not at all expensive. Just a thought.🌄

I have heard from other CZcamsrs that in order for y’all to be paid , we-your audience, need to endure and watch the ads or at least 30 seconds of each. I was always skipping them as soon as they pop up. 🤷🏻♀️However, full disclosure from me-some I refuse to go through even 5 seconds of 🤦🏻♀️

Kellie - I remember when you went crystal mining for free on your birthday. I didn't realize your birthday was on Christmas Eve! I'm glad they were open for you. I believe watching the commercials help with their monetization. I watch most of them unless they are for solar panels, or too long, then I will watch about 30 seconds and move on. Clicking through on a commercial or ad also helps. I do that to help out for all of the tubers I follow!!! Congrats for making a whole year. It has been a challenging year for sure and yet here you are making big plans. Thanks for sharing your adventures!!!!

Great job on the video Jonathan! Looking forward to subscribing to your channel one day! I do the same thing with my car doors while camping. I turn off the overhead/dome lights and keep the back doors and hatch open. Then at night, put back what goes into the truck and lock her up. Works so much better than constantly opening and closing doors!!

@@CodyandKellie Any chance that your Patreon donation of the pizza stone also provided an item number on Amazon? I can't find anything close in size that would fit the Coleman stove. Assuming you've cooked on it again, did it work well on the bottom? I received the Coleman oven at Christmas based upon having watched you bake in it. I've only camped once since but can see how the stone would appear helpful. I just can't find a 9" x 9" or so on Amazon. Thanks! Enjoyed the Q&A!

Camp food is always better then food in the house. Lol. Your stone goes on the bottom of the camp stove. It helps distribute the heat better so you don’t burn your dish. Leave it in there until it cools so it doesn’t crack. Once cool you can remove it if you need to. Looks delicious!!! I love camping. My favorite thing to do. Safe Travels ☮️❤️

Oh Kellie, I can sympathize with your birthday. I was born on Christmas and my boyfriend of 32 years was born on Christmas Eve like you. His father and uncle were both born on the 27th of December. My mom and dad's anniversary was on December 30th. I don't know how your family and friends handled your birthday, but with our families there was so much going on that a lot of times it was just...."here is your Christmas AND birthday present and let's move on". I am old enough now that I don't care anymore, but if you guys decide to have kids someday - do the math so you don't have to have your children be subjected to the Christmas chaos. :)
About winter and cold weather, have you ever thought of getting a hot tent with a portable wood stove?
Geez, Cody. How did do you stay so thicc after a year of tent life? Pushups, pull ups and protein? That's incredible. Great job, bro.
My wife and I enjoy your channel. Even though we are not tent campers, we do camp in a small travel trailer similar in size to the NoBo (Sunray 109). We spend a lot of time outside the camper, cooking/relaxing, etc. While I get the concept of living in a minimalistic way using a tent, and I know you have a lot of followers because of that. Y’all should consider a midsize 4wd truck with a 6’ bed and a pop up overlanding style camper. That way you can still pull the No-Bo, have access to the same places you go now, and still have the open feeling of a tent. I know all that costs M-O-N-E-Y, but your travels won’t be dictated so much by the weather, and you at least have a place to cook on bad weather days.

The the cooking stone for your camp oven stove should go on the bottom. It will level out the heat transfer from the burner so you don't have the isolated hot spots.
What about snakes getting into the truck ?
